I founded Exercise Easy to deliver strength and fitness training
for anyone who would like to enjoy good health, fitness and
independence well into mature age.
As far back as my childhood, I have always enjoyed sport
(net-ball, running, swimming); as a teenager I was passionate about
kayak racing and became Australian champion.
I have completed 3 marathons over the last 3 years and fully
understand the discipline of training. Just to be extreme, I had
the opportunity to experience the thrill of paragliding.
I don’t believe we are ever too old for anything as long as
we have the will, the health and desire to meet
challenges.
I’m now at a stage where I would like to share my life
experience and help others achieve their goals. Not necessarily to
run marathons, but more importantly to achieve good health, fitness
and independence.
Taking up exercise is not easy if you’ve never been keen on it
and the thought of joining a gym is daunting. However, with
guidance you can improve your fitness level, and build up your
self-esteem and confidence – even after just a few weeks of gentle
exercise.
